My goal at Catherine Lizbeths is to provide a quality service on time.

To do this, I have implemented the following policies:

Online Bookings

You can book your appointment online or contact me for available times. All appointments will be personally looked at individually, and clients will be contacted to confirm and possibly alter if needed.

Late Arrival

I understand that sometimes life is unpredictable. To remain on schedule for all my clients, I may need to shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The service price will be charged in full.

Cancellations

I offer an SMS and email reminder service, which is sent to you 48 hours before your appointment. As a result, I request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time.

Payment

Catherine Lizbeth accepts Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cash for payment of services and products. AfterPay is also available.

Salon Service Adjustment Policy

I have a 7-day hair extension adjustment policy. Please call us immediately if you feel your service differs from what you expected.

I do not offer refunds; however, I will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction if needed.

Please arrive for your appointment with clean, dry hair and no overuse of products.

Preparation

Pricing/quotes may vary slightly depending on multiple factors: time & product used. I encourage all clients to solicit an accurate price quote from me before having a service performed. I want you to feel comfortable with the pricing so you can relax and enjoy your service.
